Dejabooze was our first/launch event. We catered to 70 guests. The theme for the menu was centered around Africanism and Literature. We took a cue from the beauty in Africa and Literature and created a never before seen or tasted cocktail and canapé  menu. Our  aim  was  to  also  find  and  work  with  upcoming creatives. We worked with two talented individuals. Head mixologist of Gimlet garden (Ifeoma) and Head chef of Kewa’s kitchen (Kewa).
